Service Description

A 2 hour Archery session- the first hour learning hour to shoot a bow, Safety rules and then going into the forest shooting targets in various beginner distances. We can cater for group size (minimum of 4 max 12). These sessions are designed to give people the chance to try archery in the forest in a friendly environment, with excellent equipment and facilitated by highly skilled coaches. This combination will guarantee a memorable and rewarding time at an affordable cost with an activity that is inclusive from ages 8+, includes all levels of fitness and sporting ability. You will often be surprised by those that do well and the eventual winners! Whether the session is for a family, work colleagues or friends and what ever the group size or aims of the session, we can help you to have a great experience. All of our sessions cover the following: - Quick but informative safety briefing - Instant archer - Some form of competition (team or individual depending on the aims of the session) Please note - we do acquire a minimum of 4 people to attend these sessions or they might be postponed.

All bookings require either a deposit or full payment at the time of booking to hold the date and time requested. You are advised which type of payment at the time of booking. On receipt of the required payment and final availability check, you will receive confirmation of your booking and a receipt for your payment, which will have full venue contact details and any other relevant information. Directions and a map will be provided. If you do not receive these details on your receipt contact us immediately. If you fail to do this and subsequently cannot find the venue you must accept full responsibility. We can be contacted by phone seven days a week. Please have full details of your booked event to hand when you phone. CANCELLATION POLICY: When you book, it reserves your spot, preventing others from booking that time. Our cancellation policy aligns with Regulation 6 of the Distance Selling Regulations from the Office of Fair Trading. Once booked, your right to cancel without penalty varies: Upon booking: Loss of deposit. More than 14 days prior to booked date: Full refund less deposit. 14 days or less prior to booked date: No refund. Cancellation must be acknowledged in writing by us via email. Any changes in participant numbers must also be in writing and acknowledged by us. BAD WEATHER / UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES: If the activity is canceled due to bad weather or venue circumstances, we'll reschedule within three months. However, if you choose not to reschedule, standard cancellation charges apply. Refunds are not applicable in these circumstances. REFUNDS Should you be deemed eligible for a refund the absolute maximum amount this will be is the monies you have paid to us and will not extend to consequential loss or claimed inconvenience or stress howsoever caused. No exceptions are made in this regard.
